Title: Soy Mayonnaise - Joann Rachor

1/2cSOY MILK POWDER
3/4cWater
3/4tsSalt
1/8tsGarlic powder
1 1/2tsOnion powder
2tbLemon juice
1/4cTo 1/2 oil

BLEND smooth all ingredients except oil and lemon juice. Continue blending and slowly pour oil in. Add enough oil for mayonnaise to thicken and slowly turn through blades. The amount of oil used will vary depending on the milk powder being used. Remove from blender and stir in the lemon juice. Chill.
